Mobile Uploads: Part Deux

When I went to sync up my music for the class I’m teaching tonight, my phone told me I had too much stuff for it to store anymore information.

Kind of like how my head feels right now. Stuffing all this choreography in it in a short amount of time. But that’s another story for another day, perhaps.

So I uploaded 300 photos and realized now why my mom’s boyfriend calls me Mamarazzi.

Honestly, I just don’t want to give any of my kids any excuse to say, “Well I wasn’t the first child, so there’s no photos of me.”

Kind of like what I say to my mom.

Huh.

Anyhow, I have some good ones!

Maelie proved that she’s stubborn. I’d like to think that here she was saying, “To hell with you, Ma.”

Matt questioned the Marathon goodie bags, wondering if they gave us colostomy bags to run with. My response was, “Smart thinkin’.”

I won super cute earrings from my long time friend’s Etsy Shop. Shameless plug.

Bought a fantastic shirt post marathon.

On Mother’s Day, we went to Ikea, where I spent an obscene amount of money (well, obscene in my standards since I think spending 5 dollars for a coffee is ridiculous.)

Spent an hour, freaking out about the rain and whether or not the box was going to come flying off onto the Parkway at any given moment.

Then came home and watched some 24 while Matt put the monstrosity together.

Can’t every day be Mother’s Day?

Drove to Ohio to say goodbye to our brother in law’s mother. Cancer is such a bitch.

Got an amazingly thoughtful gift from a spectacular friend.

Discovered a new favorite ice cream flavor. This one makes me want to say, “Hell yes, Ben and Jerry!”

Naughty.

Watched Luca on his birthday bike and realized that he…

…and Claire are growing up before my very eyes.

I realized I finally finished my phone cover’s check list. That gave me the overwhelming urge to scream I RAN A MARATHON!

I learned to let go of Claire a little bit, as I watched her and my best friend Uncle Ian walk away on their way to the Gateway Clipper for a Pirate’s Game.

I’m not sure what the going rate is these days, but I got 22 dollars for a lap dance.

Or a marathon shirt. Whatever.

Made centerpieces for my sister in law’s baby shower.

Admired one of our many bridges while stuck in traffic.

That’s beauty, there.

Acted normal with the kids. Luca’s face totally makes me laugh.

Watched Luca learn how to drink water from the hose.

Realized that I’ve been off the market for almost 6 official years.

Got arrested by Officer Claire. Apparently 22 dollar lap dances aren’t legal.

However, I did get a 35 dollar check for being awesome. That’s an accomplishment.

Enjoyed the calm after the storm.

Shamelessly laughed at Maelie while she made a failed attempt at getting naked.

Watched the little dude get his blood pressure taken with his froggie boots on.

Maelie gets pretty suspect when she’s at the doctor’s office. She knows what’s coming. To which she thinks, “Bitches.”

Then I looked at Luca after he got a booster shot and he smiled at me so big, I couldn’t help but capture it. What a tough little boy.

He said, “Yay! Now I can be three!”

  1. Your kids are spectacularly cute, that last photo of Mae especially.

    Also, those are badass shelves.

  2. Love every one of those pictures ;-)… now download them someplace safe like a computer.

  3. Your husband went willingly to IKEA?

    JEALOUS. SO JEALOUS.

  4. Can your kids be any cuter??? I love the sceptical look on Luca’s face in the first picture, watching his stubborn little sister… In the last photo, he looks so BIG! And Maelie’s face while trying to get rid of her clothes is just priceless.
